IIA NZ Emerging Auditors Mentorship Forum

The IIA NZ Emerging Auditors Mentorship Forum is a key component of the new IIA NZ Training Programme, in collaboration with Massey University. Designed as a hybrid event, the forum welcomes emerging auditors, including students enrolled in our training programme and those with our newly introduced student membership. This exclusive event is free of charge and available to members only.

This forum is tailored for emerging auditors seeking mentorship, guidance, and networking opportunities in the internal auditing field. The forum runs quarterly, offering a mix of in-person and online sessions to accommodate participants across New Zealand. The final Emerging Auditors Mentorship Forum in November is an in-person-only Meet n Greet networking session, linked to the IIA NZ Conference. Attendees will be guided by senior internal auditors through engaging discussions, expert-led mentorship, and collaborative interactions. Forum members will gain valuable knowledge, skills, and resources that are essential for their professional growth.

Whether attending sessions in Auckland, Wellington, or virtually, emerging auditors will have the opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and access a wealth of industry expertise. Join us on this journey of learning, collaboration, and professional growth in the world of internal auditing.

Who should attend? This forum is designed for emerging auditors in the early stages of their careers (with up to 48 months of experience). It provides a platform for aspiring professionals to share insights and experiences as they navigate their careers in internal auditing.
