Process Audits - Mapping End-To-End Processes - Online Classroom

This training course introduces participants to a variety of the simplest, most effective and widely used tools and techniques for process documentation, analysis and improvement. It enables participants to understand the language of process analysis by defining business functions, processes, activities and tasks, and to apply a range of process mapping tools that will assist internal auditors in focusing their audit efforts in this area.

  • What is process mapping, and why use it?
  • How to map business processes
  • How to transform written notes into meaningful diagrams / process maps
  • Tools available to assist in process mapping
  • Tips on analysing the process map for audit efficiency, process effectiveness and fraud prevention
  • How to present your process maps to auditees and the audit committee

Online Classroom: This full one-day training program will be delivered in two 3 hour lessons (10: 30am - 1:30pm AEST /
12:30pm - 3:30pm NZT) over two days on 18 and 19 July using Zoom.
Registrations will be strictly limited to 12 participants to allow maximum interaction in the online environment.
