Chartered IIA Research: Remote Work Brings "Culture Crisis"

A "culture crisis" has emerged from remote work during the pandemic, making fraud detection harder as employee loyalty decreases and as staff turnover increases, according to research from the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors. "It has never been more urgent for businesses to develop strong systems to both identify and mitigate risks to organisational culture" as companies adopt a hybrid work schedule, acting CEO John Wood says.
